I saw both Nixon and Arianda. I thought that both were terrific, but
I'd definitely give the nod to Arianda.

It sure is -- and she played it magnificently.

Right after I saw it, I met my daughter (the stage manager) and
son-in-law for dinner. They asked how it was and I said: "Ives hit a
home run!".

Are free tickets to Tony Award rehearsals available again? Up until two
years ago, seats were offered to the public for the Sunday morning dress
rehearsal the day of the CBS Tony broadcast in NYC. We've gotten them by
mail request the past 25 years or so till 2010! Then, they suddenly
stopped with no explanation.
